- Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
- Customized or special-order products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the item(s) to our return address provided via email. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.
