- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Delivery to East Malaysia may take an additional 3–5 business days.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order weight. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping is available for orders above RM350 (applicable within Malaysia only).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
